Applicable terms depend on the product, plan and whether you are a business customer or a consumer. They must be provided before any order.
Business customers
For TameTrust, Proxia Pro and Enterprise, ask Anankelis for applicable terms, a quotation and, where relevant, a data-processing agreement. Scope, prices excluding VAT and commitments are specified in contractual documents.
Consumers
For Proxia Plus, VAT-inclusive pricing, duration, cancellation terms, statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights and mediator contact details must be provided before payment. No order or waiver of withdrawal rights is collected on this institutional website.
