Privacy policy
Version dated 24 October 2026. This page describes anankelis.com and its PROXIA campaign landing page; application processing is described in each product’s contractual and privacy information.
1. Controller and contact

2. Contact and demonstration requests
Requested data: name, email, optional organisation, subject and message. Required fields enable us to respond and follow up. Legal bases: pre-contractual steps requested by you or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Follow-up retention: three years after the last exchange, unless a separate legal requirement or necessity applies.
3. Recipients and transmission
Recipients are authorised Anankelis team members. OVHcloud hosts the website. Forms are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party service; an anti-robot check may appear when sending. Do not include secrets or particularly sensitive data. Also consult FormSubmit’s privacy information. This website does not represent that service as providing guaranteed EU-only processing.
4. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where its conditions apply, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
5. Language, cookies and audience
A technical cookie named lang remembers the language you explicitly select. It lasts twelve months, is not used for profiling or by third parties, and does not require consent as a non-essential cookie. Initial language routing reads browser languages, never your IP address. Detection alone sets no preference cookie.
This website includes no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or Matomo collection. No additional audience measurement is enabled in this version. Hosting security and operational logs are subject to restricted access and proportionate retention.
6. Demonstrations and PROXIA
Website demonstrations use fictional data and run in your browser. They do not inspect your real AI conversations. The campaign landing page recommends a store based on device and browser information and may recognise campaign parameters; this version sends no audience statistics. The installed extension’s operation and permissions are described on the product website.
7. Security and changes
Pages are served over HTTPS. To report a vulnerability, see the Security page. Processing changes will be described here. The French version is the reference text.
